1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Market Drops ("the Site"), operated at marketdrops.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. What We Sell

Market Drops sells weekly curated digital product bundles ("Drops") containing PNG designs, T-shirt mockups, video advertisements, product descriptions, caption templates, and target audience information. Each Drop is limited to 20 buyers and is priced at $40 USD per Drop.

3. Digital Product License

When you purchase a Drop, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included digital assets for your own commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Uploading designs to print-on-demand platforms (Printful, Printify, Gelato, etc.)
• Using mockups and video ads in your own product listings and social media marketing
• Using descriptions, captions, and target audience information for your own marketing efforts

You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or give away the raw digital files to any third party. The assets are for your use only.

4. Account and Access

You must create an account to purchase Drops. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or purchased content with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

6. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once a Drop is purchased, the digital assets are immediately available for download and cannot be returned. If you experience a technical issue such as being charged twice or not receiving access, contact us at support@marketdrops.shop and we will resolve it promptly. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to designs, mockups, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Market Drops or its content creators. Purchasing a Drop grants you a usage license as described in Section 3, not ownership of the intellectual property itself.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital assets with any third party
• Attempt to access content you have not purchased
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
• Scrape, copy, or download content through automated means
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits

9. Limitation of Liability

Market Drops is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchased content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Drop in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
